you agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, using or creating an account on TILEFIT, you agreed to comply with and be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our system or services.
2. Account Registration and Security
Account Creation:
You may need to create an account to place orders. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for any activities under your account.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized activity.
3. Use of the System
Eligibility: Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use our System.
Permitted Use:You may use TILEFIT only for lawful purposes. Any use that is harmful, unlawful, or violates these terms is strictly prohibited.
4. Tile Estimation
The Tile Estimation feature is designed to help you get an approximate idea of how many tiles they may need for a
specific space based on the dimensions entered. It is provided as a convenience and planning aid.
5. Ordering and Payment
Order Placement:
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information, including shipping details, and to pay the applicable fees. Pricing and Availability: All prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available for purchase.
Service Area Restriction:
TILEFIT only accepts and fulfills orders within Manila and Bulacan. Orders outside these areas will not be processed.
Contact Information:
Customers must provide a valid Philippine contact number for order confirmation and delivery coordination.
Order Confirmation:
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Please review it carefully, as it constitutes our acceptance of your order.
Payment Method:
TILEFIT currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) and GCash payments only. Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
Third-Party Fees:
TILEFIT is not responsible for any fees or charges from third-party payment providers.
Non-Cancellable Orders:
Once paid via GCash, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. If you need a refund due to an issue with the product, you must contact us immediately using the phone number or email provided.
Cancellable Orders:
The customer can't cancel the order if the status are out for delivery.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery Areas:
TILEFIT currently delivers only within Manila and Bulacan. Orders placed outside these areas cannot be fulfilled.
Delivery:
We work with trusted delivery partners to fulfill your orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your
location and the availability of the rider.
Delivery Responsibility:
TILEFIT is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including, but not limited
to, weather, traffic, or unforeseen events.
Delivery Confirmation:
You may track the status of your order through the System. If there is an issue with delivery, please contact us promptly.
7. Return and Refunds
Return Eligibility:
Customers may return items within

1 day ) of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse.
How to Initiate a Return:
To return a product, contact us at [email/facebook/phone] within the return period. You may send the item back to our return address or visit our store. Return shipping fees will be shouldered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund and Exchange:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 1 day. Alternatively, you may choose to exchange the item for a different product of equal value.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement.
8. User Responsibilities
Prohibited Activities: Users may not use the System to engage in activities that are illegal,
fraudulent, or harmful to others.
Respectful Conduct:
Any harassment, abuse, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff,
riders, or other customers may result in account termination.
9. Administrator and System Maintenance
Administrator Access: TILEFIT administrators have the right to modify, update, or delete accounts, products, or data to ensure
the smooth functioning of the System.
System Updates:
TILEFIT may update the System and make changes to the Terms as needed. Notice of significant updates will be provided.
10. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted content
displayed on EMHISPANO, is owned by or licensed to EMHISPANO. You may not use, copy, or
distribute any content without prior written consent.
User-Generated Content:
By submitting content (e.g., reviews) to EMHISPANO, you grant us a
non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display your content as
part of our services.
11. Privacy
Data Collection: We collect and use your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using TILEFIT,
you agree to our data collection and usage practices.
Data Security:
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no online system can be 100% secure,
and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Change to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the System indicates acceptance of any changes.
